Janitorial & Custodial Coordination
Recurring custodial programs, deep cleans, and post-construction cleanup — managed under one contract with inspection-ready results (PSC S201–S299).

24/7 response for storm damage, break-ins, water intrusion, and board-ups. Registered in the SAM.gov Disaster Response Registry for Iowa, Minnesota & Wisconsin.
